ASP.NET???? Need some help here please.

I suddenly aquired a new "User" on my computer named ASP.NET after
running Ghost 9. Ghost said I had to install .net software before it
would run. This is buggering up my windows start as I now have to
select my name as "User" before Windows XP will finish loading. Can I
delete this ASP.NET without screwing anything else up? Is there
