As Soon As I Enter Password, Windows Restarts - Safe Mode Won't Wo

Hello. I'm having the following major problem which began when I attempted
to reboot after installing some software from Samsung called MagicTune,
designed to allow easy adjustment of their monitors from a GUI.

As soon as I hit enter after entering my password, Windows XP restarts, and
it does this time after time after time, regardless of whether I attempt to
boot off of my C: drive or off of my Windows XP installation disc. I cannot
get into Safe mode (either by holding down or intermittently pressing F8
after posting) either.

Please tell me how I can get Windows to reboot so that I can get rid of this
damn Samsung software. I've also tried disconnecting my Samsung monitors (I
have 2 of them on the system that won't reboot) so that they're not detected
on startup and using another manufacturer's (Sharp) monitor to attempt to
login to Windows. This hasn't worked either.

I would greatly appreciate any help that anyone may be able to offer here
and hope to be hearing from some of you all soon.

Many thanks in advance,

Is this machine on a network or is it a stand alone? The behaviour you
describe is typical when improper changes are made to the userinit key
in the registry. Did you try booting to the Last Known Good
Configuration? How about Safe Mode with Command Prompt?
