Are there any safe emotion icons I can buy without tool bars, etc.

My wife would like to use the "smiley" icons but all the ones I have located
on the web search are mostly free but try to change my browser, add tool
bars, and possibly load spyware on my system.

Are there any commercial-grade applications I can purchse outright without
all the gimicks... or worse?
