Archiving the messages with modification_date = none

Hi,

As I understand from various KB articles, the archiving features in Outlook
are supposed to look at the modification date, sent data, received date and
use the one that is the most recent. However, on my system, the messages that
have modification dates equal to 'none' (I suspect because in the past they
were imported from older version of Outlook) are not archived. I would think
that 'none' should be considered as the oldest possible value, so the system
should look at sent/received dates. Is it my problem or Outlook's problem?

A related question - I was trying to report it as a problem to Microsoft,
but I was not able to find a place where they collect the issue reports. Does
it mean that they don't accept bug reports from the users? If it is the case,
then the quality of MS products are far in the future...

You can file a support incident with Microsoft through
http://support.microsoft.com .

Messages with modification date = None are likely to be damaged in some way
and so bypass the normal handling.
