April 25th Update

For what it is worth, I had removed KB908531 update because of problems.
Today I checked and had a KB908531 update waiting to be sent to me. I
updated my pc with that update and it looks like problem I had with typing
in a URL plus moving files has gone away. Still need to check the HP thing
later.

I have retested the new (revised? KB908531) and any problems I had with my
HP scanner have disappeared.
Thank you Microsoft but I learned one lesson - having System Restore set
before downloading any program changes is smart to do.
