Appointments recording date/time wrong when saved - HELP!!

I have a user that is using Outlook 2003 with exchange 2003. She creates an
appointment for a future date, or that day . It added the appointment to her
calendar with the date and time that the appointment was created (modified
date) instead of the actual time of the appointment. Shen you open that
appointment, it shows correct. Any Ideas. we already tried reinstalling.
 
Ralph I'm having the same issue on my home computer, did you fix the problem?

Yeas, We ended up having to recreate the mailbox on the exchange server. I
tried using the users MAPI entry on my computer and same thing. After
recreating the mailbox it worked fine.

How do I recreate a new mailbox on my computer?
Is it a new .pst then I import the appointments?
