Appointment times change for meeting invitees

We use the Meetings feature of Outlook to schedule
internal meetings; when meetings are scheduled on one of
our networked computers, it changes the meeting time by
one hour to all recipients, yet shows correctly on the
computer from which the meeting is set up and broadcast.

Check the DST option under Tools->calendar options.
