applying new master slide

J

Jamie

I have a presentation with multiple styles. I want to have
one slide master that applies to all slides. I have
created a slide master and have applied it to "all slides".
I cannot apply this new master slide style to all aspects
of all of my slides. Some styles will apply such as font
color, but not font type. I also cannot get the bullets to
change to the color in the master. What's up. I've
scanned the Powerpoint Help and tried what's suggested but
nothing works.

Jamie,

Chances are, some slides have been entered manually. By this I mean they do
not follow a particular layout (e.g. the bullet list).

Powerpoint can only re-format the text on slides that follow a particular
layout.

If you go "format menu>Slide layout"...then you can choose a particular
layout and apply it
