Application/Program Delete Problems

Win Fax Pro is running on my laptop and I want to remove it completely. I
have tried to uninstall and I keeping getting the message it is being used by
another program and cannot be deleted. I have deleted all the programs it
was being used by and I still get the same message. Is there another way to
delete the program and bypass the uninstall feature? Please advise. Thanks.
