Canhnot Delete a Program

RE: Windows Washer

I cannot delete this program. Its uninstallation instructions say that I
should go to Add or Remove Programs and delete the program from there. I go
there and try to delete the program, but I get a message that I cannot do
so. The message states that the program may have been removed before. No
way! I get a reminder to remove Windows Washer when I reboot my computer.

How would I delete Windows Washer?

I have Windows XP Pro with SP2

The uninstall files may be Kaput!
Reinstall window washer then try to uninstall it again.
