Application Licensing

I've read through a few post and lookign on the web i'am aware that for;

100 users/pc on Terminal Servers we need 100 Licenses for Ms-Office.

But we are running 5 Terminal Servers and the users/pc are split into groups
of 20, However the users are not locked to a Terminal Server, Thin cleints
are only set up to access one though, but with a faulty Terminal Server we
would need to migrate users Temporarily onto another Server.

Would we still be Legal with one pool of 100 MS-Office Licenses or would we
need to have say 30 per server to cover any downtime on one of the servers.

It's enough that you have the paperwork (licenses, agreements,
etc). It doesn't matter where Office is installed, registered or
used, as long as you have a pool of licenses that covers your usage
of the application.

I've got a horrible feeling I know the answer to this Question.

Would the Thin Clients need a Retail version of Office to cover the license,
or would a OEM version do...
