Application Hangup

[PS]

Everyday at certain time application hangs up (MS access
runtime application communicating with sql server 2000)
and then I have to end that process manually through task
mangager and then run the application again. The following
two event occur in event viewr every time the application
hangs up.

source : application hang up
category : (101)
event id : 1002

and

source : application hang up
category : none
event id : 1001

event 1001 describes as below:

fault bucket : 02049226

the details of this event is :

product : windows os
id : 1001
source : application hang
version : 5.2
symbolic name : DW_BUCKET_LOG
message : Fault Bucket %1

Does anyone have any idea or solution for this error ?
Tried to search everywhere, couldn't find the solution...
