After I did a clean full re-installation of xp few days ago, I start to
receive application error message reads"The Application failed to initialize
properly (0xc0000142)..." I couldn't open any programs I installed on this pc
and when this happens i have to restart windows to temporary solve the
problem. It appear only happens when I am not using my pc for several hours,
other times act very normal. I really have no idea what could cause this, any
help would be appreciated.

Check the Event Viewer:
Click Start > Run, type in: eventvwr.msc and press Enter or click Ok.
Expand the event viewer window.
Click once on either Applications or System in the Left pane.
Double click on an error listed in the Right pane to bring up a details window.
Click the link if present at the end of the description to a page with a "possible
solution".

Did you double check that all of the connections, cables and RAM modules are securely
seated properly?
Are the RAM modules installed in the proper channels per the motherboard manual?
Are the fans in the case running properly?
Did you install the drivers for the motherboard?
In Device Manager are there any devices that have a conflict? Expand and check each
and every device.
In Device Manager are there any devices listed as "Other" or "Unknown"?

I guess the solution from event viewer didn't help mush

Was this because you could not find any Warning or Error Reports or
because you did not understand the significance of what you found? Did
you check the Application and System logs?

Please post complete copies of reports.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from
Event Viewer.

Hope this helps.

Why didn't you do a repair installation? Although very occasionally
that isn't enough, a repair installation almost always is sufficient,
and should at least be tried first.
