Application don't Exercute

Window boots-up on the network computer, but all
application programs in the start menu, desktop Icons and
task bar don't exercute (open). Is this a Windows file
problem? Programs will exercute in the safe mode with
network operations.

By the way, it's "execute", not "exercute".
