Application Compatibility Analyzer-Unable to Create Access Database

Hello,

I am walking through the initial setup of the Application Compatibility
Analyzer 1.0 and get to the end (Generate Database Page) and the "Start"
button is grayed out. I answered all the questions of the previous pages.
I am also a member of the local Administrators group. I tried on multiple
desktops.

Can anyone tell me what I am missing?
