I have installed the W2K drivers for the above printer and have the correct
leads etc but cannot get it to print anything except test page when first
turned on. It works fine on a Power PC but when attached to W2K nowt! Any
suggestions please

How are you connecting to the printer? If it is serial, make sure that the
Com Port setting match exactly those configured for the printer else the job
goes to the device and disappears

Very sensible answer thank you but I had already tried this. It is a serial
connection and Port settings are correct.
