apostophies and slashes not working

When I try to use these and other punctuation marks for the past week I get
the french ÈÈÈ instead, how can I fix thisÉÉÉ--see

This is not a Windows Mail question.


You need to go to the start menu>Control Panel>top left corner select
Classic View>regional and languages, select the
appropriate tab and select your correct keyboard settings.
