When I try to log onto AOL website with my Screename And
Password it does not let me, any suggestions.
 
Are your cap locks on? (using the right alpha/numeric case). Look for a
light on the keyboard next to the 10key pad

Spelling it right?

That is not my trouble, I do not have the caps lock on.
I can log on to my desktop but not my notebook. It says
an error occurred click here and when I click it takes me
back to the login page.
