Have a laptop that client wants to install AOL. Everytime he tried to
install AOL Version 9 it gets to the part where it looks for access number
and then reboots. All Windows updates are installed including Windows XP.

Do you have any suggestions of what to try. We have uninstalled the Windows
XP Service Pack 2 and still doesn't work.

Relay this to your client:

If it hurts every time you poke yourself in the eye with a sharp stick
(AOL), the obvious solution is to quit poking yourself in the eye with a
sharp stick (AOL).

If you absolutely MUST poke yourself in the eye with a sharp stick (AOL),
then feel free to seek assistance from the maker of the sharp stick (AOL).

Steve,
that is the most eloquent way of saying "Friends don't let friends use
AOHell" that I've seen in quite a while. Bravo!!
