Anyone else heard of the - French Hacker

My computer is totally smashed by this guy ' The French Hacker' does
anyone know how to send him back to France, PLEASE!!

He will not let me use any programmes and now I have shut down the
computer, it will not let re-boot.

So far i've only heard of the russian hacker, lol...... you don't have to
worry of any hacker or whatever as long as your pc is up to date with lastest
sp, av, spyware removal and firewall. Sometimes it could be due to hardware
issue. But you can try doing a format and fresh install of your OS before you
install all the above.
