Any way to change/edit the domain logon screen?

Rik

I have a JPG file (or BMP) that I want to use to replace the CTRL-ALT-DEL
screen that WinXP brings up after booting.

It's not the FULL screen as with the mult-user/home version - it's the pro
version domain logon.

I know the images are stored in a file called logonui.exe.
I used RESBUILD to thumb through the file and view the images.

Can anyone help me put a 682x381 bitmap up as my logon disclaimer?

Thanks-
-Rik

ok well i think you must do a little of "registry hack" to
do this....
You must go to : HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
and modify the wallpaper value with the path of your
bipmap.

DO TOUCH THE REGISTRY IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW IT WORK, CAN
DESTROY YOUR WINDOWS... (don't said i didn't warm you :))

good luck
