Is there a program that can uninstall DirectX 9.0b?

I have tried a few DirectX 9 ones, yet they don't work, so was wondering if
there is one which will work for DirectX 9.0b

Thanks for the link, but this is the uninstaller I have tried before and I
think it doesn't recognise 9.0b.
