There are zillions of them. There's a microsoft.public.office.*
hierarchy, and microsoft.public.access*, microsoft.public.excel.*,
microsoft.public.powerpoint.*, and microsoft.public.word.*
hierarchies.

If your ISP doesn't carry these, then connect with Microsoft's NNTP
server at msnews.microsoft.com

Since you are using Outlook Express as a your newsreader, is there any
reason why you can't look??? Just type Office in the search field of the
newgroup list.
