Any help please

I am a moron when it comes to computers.I ran Spybot Search & Destroy on my
computer and it found 66 problems.What do I do with these problems?Do I click
on the "Fix selected problems" tab?Any help would be appreciated.Merry

Right click on the screen where they are listed and choose "select all" or
words to that effect. Then at the bottom click the "next" button and it
will remove those items.

I suggest also running Adaware from www.lavasoft.de to catch anything that
Spybot missed (and vice versa).
