Antivirus problem

When I open Outlook 2002 and then open the preview pane to view a message, I
get a popup window from Outlook that reads as follows:

...The add-in "C:\Program Files\Symantec_Client_Security\Symantec
Antivirus..." could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be
resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. Unable to load
"C:\Program Files\Symantec_Client_Securit...". You may be out of memory,
out of system resources, or missing a .dll file. [then comes an okay
button]..

I have Symantec SystemWorks 2003 installed, which includes AntiVirus.

When I hit Okay, the preview window opens & everything seems fine. This
only happens the first time I open the preview pane after opening OL; after
that, I can open & close the preview pane w/o the popup. If I close OL &
restart it, I again get the popup the first time (only).

Also, Symantec *seems* to be scanning for viruses because the little
letter-scan icon comes on in the lower-right task bar - in fact, several of
them if several emails are coming in.

I tried doing the "Detect & Repair," but it didn't change it. I tried
re-installing Symantec; no change.

I started using OL at the beginning of the summer, and the problem didn't
start right away. Unfortunately, I no longer remember what I was doing when
it started because there was too much else going on, & I had some deadlines
I had to give priority to, & the the problem didn't seem fatal to the
program(s).

Any thoughts or help for me? Is this actually a problem? Can it be fixed?

[apologies for posting this again, but there were no replies the first time]
