antivirus deleted system files

I recently installed norton anti-virus to my pc. When I ran a scan it found infected files AT: "c:/windows/system32/TFTP10682" and the same as above with "TFTP1765". Norton AV then deleted these files and now my PC is frozen.. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
 
Run Win Doctor.
Hmm... How do you run Win Doctor if XP is freezing?
Try to run Win Doctor in Safe Mode.
