Antispyware missing main screen

Im having a problem with microsoft antispyware, i have a
machine with XP and when i installed MS AS it took
forever to load up, but when it finally did, the main
screen was blank, the system summary was gone, the
message center was gone and the 3 options to scan, real
time protection and advanced tools were missing. the only
thing i could see were the file options tools and the
buttons were at the top. Does anyone know what is causing
this cause its happened on another computer as well using
XP.

Did you try doing a uninstall/reinstall to see if it corrects the problem? I
remember persons during early parts of beta experiencing a similar problem.

Disable Microsoft AntiSpyware in the notification area, right click the
bulls eye icon, click "Shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware" Go into Control Panel

Ad/Remove Programs and uninstall Microsoft AntiSpyware. Navigate

c:\Program files and delete the Microsoft AntiSpyware folder.

Restart and install Microsoft AntiSpyware to a non-default location such as
c:\MSAS
