I Use (all freeware / free for personal use):

Spybot Search & Destroy
Adaware SE Personal
Yahoo! AntiSpyware (included with the Yahoo Toolbar)

Just started testing: Bazooka Antispyare and Adware
It dosen't reomve found items it gives you directions on how to remove teh
found spyware)
