Anti-Spyware complains about Adobe Acrobat

I got a report that when you install Acrobat (Elements, but
probably also standard and pro) AS complains about adding
the context menu items. Is there something we can do in
the installer to prevent this message? Some component that
needs signing?

the advice is always to shut down AV and all applications running in the
background when installing new software (that is, after scanning with AV)
