Hi there!

I was wondering if anyone could help with this problem. I'd found a
post back in November 2005 that talked about it but Google doesn't
seem to have archived it so I was wondering if there was a solution.
Here's the bit of the post I could access:

microsoft.public.outlook.general Hi Manfred, I'm running MS Outlook
2000 (9.0.0.2711) internet mail only in Windows
XP Pro. Recently i have installed Adobe Acrobat Pro V7.0.5 and since
then i'm

After I installed Adobe Acrobat Pro and copied over my existing
Outlook pst file (moving to a new computer), I now have three Adobe
items in the menu bar (the one with File, Edit, etc.) only one of
which works. I can't seem to find a way to edit it and remove them.
Any help/advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I think I may have found the answer to my question and here it is in
case anyone is interested:

Have you tried the Customize option for the Menu bar?
Right click on the Menu bar > Customize
On the Toolbars tab, highlight the Menu Bar and click Reset,
hopefully, this will remove all the PDF menu listings.
Close and restart Outlook 2000 to see if the multiple PDF menu
listings reappear.

Here's hoping that'll be a permanent fix. I've open and closed Outlook
a few times and I only have the one working one.

You can try and right click on the toolbar somewhere and select Customize. Maybe you can untick one instance of adobe
