Annoying screen at Windows XP startup

Jacob

When I start Windows XP Pro, it displays Windows Explorer screen
positioned at system32 folder. I checked startup in msconfig,
registry run keys, startup folders for myself, and "all users", and
did not find anything. I noticed, that if I login as a different
user, that screen doesn't come up. Any ideas where else can I look?

The first link to MS support did not produce useful results for me (I
could not locate "bad" records in the registry, RUN key), but the
downloaded VB script from the second link did its magic. Thank you
very much for your help.
