Error at startup

How do I get rid of a file on startup shown in msconfig?

RUNDLL Error loading C:\WINDOWS\image.dll The specified
module could not be found

above error box appears twice on screen at startup. Can I
delete the file from startup list to get ridof it?

It is annoying!
