annoying messages

How can I prevent WXP to show at every session messages like:
- automatic update is disabled, dangerous
- the internet connection is now up
- ... and more...

The warnings for missing firewall, auto updates and virus scanner can
be disabled in Control Panel / Security Center / Change the way
Security Center alerts me.
