I AM SO FRUSTRATED

i turned off system restore
restarted in safe mode
and kyvwca.eze loaded on startup!
WTF!!!
i can tell this is definately not good
what do i do now?
re-install windows?

please i need help im afraid of what this file might do to my computer

Dowload these two programs.

Your problem is spyware related and these people are very good at helping out.
They will instruct you on how to use the programs above.

Then I'd say it's a registry entry that kicks it off, if it isn't
system restore.
Are you familiar with regedit, and how to back-up your registry. Then
go hunting (search) for a value that has the filename in it. (nuke)
