An internal error has occured... PLEASE HELP.

I keep getting a bell with this message box "An internal error has occured:
Cryptic error message AD3875-D; Thread creation error: Insufficient space to
treat this order."
(Note you have not doneanything wrong.)

Ok I have'nt done anything wrong but how do I stop this?. Thanks in advance

What are you doing when you get this error? What program(s) are you running?

I Googled for "Cryptic error message AD3875-D" and got a few links that
might help you. If the program you didn't mention is Mailwasher, the
