An Application Component Is Missing.please Reinstall Mcafee.com Privacy Service.

I had a trial period for the privacy service and it recently expired
After it expired my email and other things did not work right and m
computer is very slow. So I tried to uninstall the mcafee services for
my computer but I’m unable to uninstall MCAFEE. Now it does nothing bu
constantly pop up
"AN APPLICATION COMPONENT IS MISSING. PLEASE REINSTALL MCAFEE.CO
PRIVACY SERVICE."
How can I fix this?
