Am running OS XP Pro with Office 2003

Cannot print documents from Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc! I can save as a
jpeg in Microsoft office picture manager and that file will print. I
depesartely need a fix.

My guess is you need some updates. Install the newest updates for Office
2003 (that is Service Pack 2). And search the printer manufacturer's
website for updated printer drivers.

Please give a little more info. What happens when you try to print, do you
get any error messages etc?

At times, the printed document is completely blank, other times it has two or
three colored bars across the document, similar to a test page, no error
messages, etc! Only what I have described to you.
