Alternative for Photo Story 3

Anyone know of a good alternative to MS Photo Story 3?

I need to provide access to an application that allows children in a
classroom setting to collect pictures together and narrate them into a
presentation. It needs to work on Windows Server 2003 (over terminal
services).

Cost is an issue so an open source or acdemic-licensed product would be great?

Matt, PhotoStory3 has become a powerful classroom tool in our school
district. Perhaps a better solution would be for Microsoft to allow
Photostory3 to be installed on its Server2003 OS. I'm not to sure if
Microsoft values Photostory3 as an educational tool. I can't think of any
reason why this little free program shouldn't be available.
