Alphabetize Your Favorites

I am trying to alphabetize my favorite web links. When I
right click in the favorites menu, I do not get the
option "Sort by Name". I called Gateway because they
installed the software, but they told me to contact
Microsoft.

Please help! Thanks

Click on the Favorites menu in Internet Explorer
Move your mouse down to any folder or link (below the "Add to..." and
"Organise...." and right-click the folder / link
Then choose "Sort by name"
