Allowing others to edit my contacts in Outlook 2003

I want to be able to allow another user to edit and add contacts of mine but
I do not want them to be able to read my mail. We are running on MS Exchange
server 2003. Is this possible? Thanks in advance!

Yes. Give them permission to your Contacts folder but not to your Inbox.
