allowed program not showing up on allowed item

OS: XP Pro SP2

I allowed a program that Window Defender detected but the problem is that
it's not showing up on the allowed item. It will detect the program again
once you restart the computer. Allowed item need to be fix.

also just wondering how does a user restore the program that was block? I
don't see the program listed on quarantine either. what happen if user
accidentally block a program that's legit?

Yes, and thank you. I would add that Defender MUST allow users to manually
add startup programs, or it becomes too unwieldy to bother with. Having to
allow the same things over and over again is dumb, and I'm a bit surprised
that Defender doesn't already have this function, given this late date.

Defender will error out about once a week when attempting to allow my
startup programs, which requires a quick scan to resolve. Unfortunately,
Microsoft has given us Beta users no direct feedback link to report these
errors, so I hope they're watching these forums!
