Everytime I download a new program it won't add itself in the start button then all programs area. Anyone know how to add them to that section???

Drag the program icon and drop it where you want it to be.

It let me drag all except for the accessories into that area. Accessories is in my program file in documents and setting but I can't get it to be under the start button and all program area. Any other suggestions???

One way is to find the program file (with the Windows Explorer), then
right-click. Choose "Create Shortcut" and then drag that item onto the
Desktop. From there (if you want to) you can place it in the All Programs
list.
