missing programs in start menu

not all of my programs appear in the "all Programs" section of the start menu

how can i add a program to the "all programs" section?

If you have several accounts for seperate people, then some programs might
not be "yours".
To add them place a shortcut in ....
Right click on START/OPEN ALL USERS/PROGRAMS folder, & place in here.

It worked!

Although it is one of my programs, the shortcut is in start/all programs
now, and I can use it to open the program.

It looks different than the other programs because it is the shortcut, but
it works just fine.
