All programs start in "not-maximised" windows :-((

- and it's irritating allways to have to click up right
Even if I have the window maximased before closing and have done "right-click on the
program-icon -> properties -> start maksimised;
trixs with the Ctrl-key when makismising do not work either, so
what to do ???
 
Expand four sides of window with arrows from mouse, when
maximized click close window while pressing Ctrl key.
