All printers were deleted!

I work for a U.S. company but am currently at our France
location. When trying to print here, I received an error
message and then all of my printers were deleted ! The
same thing happened to my co-worker!

Any idea how this happened and how to get my printers back
without loading all of them (various locations) again!

We've run into the same problem. Make sure that your
Print Spooler Service is started. Has nayone had a
problem recently with this service just stopping?
