All print jobs paused

I have a win2k w/ all critical updates installed in AD acting as a print
server. For some reason the print jobs sent to this print server are being
"paused" If I go into the que I can manually resume them.

Any ideas as to what could be causing these jobs to Pause?

Thank you in advance for any suggestions. No clues to be found in the
logs....

Try going into the Advanced Properties of the printer and enabling "Advanced
Printing Features"

Had the same problem myself with a printer attached to the server directly,
this was cured by doing this
