all pop up pages are blank

When I am within a site the page displays just fine. If I
click a link and another page opens it's always blank. I
am currently using IE6.0

Hi Tami,

1. Click Start | Run and type:
(Press Enter after each command)
Regsvr32 /i URLMON
Regsvr32 actxprxy
Regsvr32 shdocvw

2. Restart Windows
3. Open IE/Tools/Internet Options/Programs/Reset Web Settings

If this does not help, run this fix: Based on MSKB article:
