All image files appear as desktop background options???

Can anyone please explain why this happens???
My friend is running XP Home with Incredemail as his email client.
After saving one single email attachment (jpeg) to the "My Pictures" folder,
all image files saved anywhere on the computer, then appear as options in
the list of optional backgrounds in "desktop themes"
After deleting this single saved image from the "My Pictures" folder, they
no longer appear as options.

I am running XP Professional with Outlook Express and have no such problem

Can anyone explain why or how this happens?
I'm betting it has something to do with Incredemail

I am having the same problem...but i can't figure out what caused all my
pictures to become possible desktop backgrounds...does anyone know how to fix
it?
