internet images don't appear

Many images that are supposed to appear on websites do not on my new dell
desktop. This is true in both IE and Mozilla. Images will sometimes appear
on pages, but after not too long, they jsut wont show up. Also, when I right
click where the image is supposed to be, the basic options for a webpage come
up (there are no 'show picture', 'save picture as...', and so forth).
somebody help me soon.

Hi,
McAfee Privacy Service has been causing this recently. Disable it.
Other possibilities at
Red X- Pictures do not Show: http://www.fjsmjs.com/IE/redx.htm
Look to third-party security or ad-blocking programs first, as a cause.
