All browser icons and toolbars are missing

Suddenly when opening Internet Explorer this evening, I no
longer have any toolbars or icons showing. When a new
window is opened, I get the result only. To navigate, I
must use the favorites from my start menu, the address bar
from the Windows toolbar at the bottom, or by right-
clicking in the browser window to move back or forward.

IE6, View, Toolbars, click open what you want.

Also, try F11 key
